  • Cut large pieces of cottage cheese. Place it on the side.
  • Wash tomatoes and make their puree in the mixie and keep them on the side.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Now add bay leaf in it and break the thick cardamom a little. This will bring out the flavor of thick cardamom but it should come in the mouth, not the rash. Add small cardamom as well. Fry for 30 seconds and then add more cumin seeds. When cumin seeds crackle, add colored Kashmiri red chillies to it. Stir lightly and immediately add ground tomato puree. Now leave the tomatoes to ripen, keep in mind that today the medium remains not too slow or too fast, otherwise the tomatoes will burn. If the tomatoes are cooked after 7 to 8 minutes, the oil will start appearing from the side. Now add ginger green chilli paste to it. Cook it for about 1 minute. And now add cashew nut and melon seed paste in it.
  • Stir for 5 to 6 minutes and let the paste cook.
  • Now is the time to add dried spices to it. Add turmeric, red chili powder and salt to this spice. Crush with a little hand and add Kasuri methi as well.
  • Allow this spice to remain for 5 to 6 minutes until the masala starts leaving its oil.
  • Now add the paste of cream or cream and mix well.
  • Now add chopped paneer pieces and mix lightly with hand.
  • Add garam masala as well.
  • Add half a cup of lukewarm water and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 mins. Oil will come up soon. Turn off the gas here and leave it like this for 5 to 10 minutes.
